  1. 1Working dayThe meeting

    An NDA before anything is discussed, if you want one, signed the same day. Then about 90 minutes together: you and I pick the one path that has to work, and you hand me your data.

  2. 2–9Working daysThe build

    Your prototype gets built. You get two short questions by message; a line or two back is enough.

  3. 10Working dayThe handover

    An hour together. You see it running on your real data, and the code is handed over to you.

From you: about 90 minutes at the start, two short replies, an hour at the end.

Why is it paid, not free?

If you would not pay EUR 1,750 to find out whether the idea is real, you will not pay EUR 25,000 to build it.

The work, and the role in each

The first three are ORIONPATH products.

  • AEATsync Solo buildSpanish e-invoicing and tax-compliance platform (VeriFactu).
  • TIE Vault Solo buildPart of AEATsync. Checklists for the paperwork of living in Spain: TIE renewal, NIE, empadronamiento, autónomo registration, and the digital nomad and non-lucrative visas. It also finds appointments.
  • MicroQ Solo buildA queue system for small businesses.
  • B2B Teams CRM CollaboratorI did not build it alone. In continuous development since January 2026.
  • A real-money gaming platform Lead front-end developerSmall team. I was on it for about sixteen months, and was lead front-end developer until July 2026. Not named here — publishing it is not a decision I get to make alone.

What comes after the prototype?

After the prototype, a fixed-price build is EUR 15,000–40,000. Ongoing work after that is EUR 1,500–3,000 a month. Only if you want them.
